This year’s Cine-Excess III: the Third International Conference on Cult Film Traditions, organised by Brunel University, will take place at London’s Curzon Soho Cinema and the Odeon Covent Garden from Thursday 30th April to Saturday 2nd May and will feature exclusive screenings of Anna Biller’s acclaimed retro sexploitation movie, VIVA (Nouveaux Pictures), the UK’s first uncut screening in 25 years of Lucio Fulci’s notorious splatter flick, THE HOUSE BY THE CEMETERY, (Arrow Films) and the film that Fangoria magazine hailed as “one of the best independent horror features in recent years”, ZOMBIE VIRUS ON MULBERRY STREET (Momentum Films).

VIVA (cert. 18) will open at selected UK cinemas on 15th May 2009 and will be released on DVD (£15.99) in June 2009.
ZOMBIE VIRUS ON MULBERRY STREET (cert. 18) will be released on DVD (£12.99) by Momentum Pictures on 18th May 2009.
The uncut version of THE HOUSE BY THE CEMETERY (cert. 18) will be released on DVD by Arrow Video on 29th June 2009.
